Recently completed full renovation & upgrade. A lovely home for the whole family to enjoy. Offering open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with 5 bedrooms. Extensive outdoor living area & decks. Bordering on a lovely park so you can watch the kids playing cricket while you cook dinner in the bbq. This house has just under gone a full renovation so you will enjoy the lavish new amenities & all new appliances. The location is so handy Tauranga CBD only a few minutes drive, Bethlehem shopping precinct only a few minutes drive & the sandy beaches of Mount Maunganui are a short 15mins drive from the front door. Our cleaning fee includes linen for all guests.
