Our studio is uniquely designed and will not disappoint a couple or two friends wanting to experience a peaceful quiet location but still be close to all your adventure/tour activities, restaurants and bars. The Studio has a fully equipped kitchen with a full sized oven and electric cook top, fridge, dish washer, toaster, kettle and microwave for all your meal preparation. Also bring your Nespresso capsules for your morning coffee. There is a washing machine and dryer in the studio and washing powder is provided. You have private access to lake, walking, cycling track and private boat dock from the studio. Walk to the lakeside and be rewarded with the stunning lake and mountain views across the Wakatipu Basin. With 1 bedrooms, en-suite and spacious living spaces, this studio has all the modern conveniences that you desire on your perfect holiday. Prior to your arrival, the studio will be prepared by our professional housekeeping team to the standard of a hotel/apartment. The following will be prepared and provided: - Beds made up with fresh linen. - At least one set of towel per person. - Coffee & tea - Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap. There will be no daily housekeeping service. However if you would like to have extra services please let us know and we can advise cost accordingly. Guest has full access to the entire studio adjacent to the main house and is completely private. We are happy to assist guest whenever possible and are available by the Airbnb app or phone. Just send us a message/text for quick response. Ideally situated in a quiet neighborhood with families and holiday homes around. Kelvin Heights has all day sun throughout the year and has majestic views of the lake and mountains. Also nearby is the walking track to the lakeside, golf course, Hilton Hotel & Spa, Restaurants - Wakatipu Grill & Stacks Bar, Hair dresser and an e-bike hire to name a few. Taxis available 24/7 Queenstown Taxis, Green Cabs to name a few. Ride sharing Uber is also available now in Queenstown. If you are driving then complimentary parking is available at the property. The studio is attached to the main house with its own seperate external entrance, it is your own space and completely private. Our place is Non Smoking and any room found to be smoked in will be FINED $500 NZD
