Upstairs has 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en suite) and the 3rd double bedroom is more commonly used as an office with a double sofa bed for occasional use. A cot with baby blankets/sheets could be provided if required.
This floor has fairly good wheelchair access; all level inside but 2 small steps down from the pavement and a step up to the front door.
There is a staircase to the lower floor which has two large bedrooms, rainforest shower in large bathroom and generous lounge, kitchenette and its own side door. Large deck with open views to Mt Eden and fully fenced garden - safe for dogs. The laundry can be accessed from either floor without disturbing the other from the staircase.
