This stylish warm Villa is perfect for a large or extended family - maybe would suit a Grandparent or teens wanting their own floor.
Fully re-built 3 years ago, double glazed, quiet and centrally heated, each floor can be independent with own deck, kit and lounge and separate secure entrance. Available only for groups wanting the whole house for a month or longer from mid August 2025.
Perfect if you are newly arrived and looking for your long term home, - just unpack your cases. This is our own home with lots of good art and antiques so tell us a little about your group if you are interested. It is a large 5 bedroomed house or can be used as two self contained units within the one family house.
Upstairs has 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en suite) and the 3rd double bedroom is more commonly used as an office with a double sofa bed. A cot with baby blankets/sheets could be provided if required.
This floor has fairly good wheelchair access; all level inside but 2 small steps down from the pavement and a step up to the front door.
There is a staircase to the lower GARDEN LEVEL floor which has two large bedrooms, rainforest shower in large bathroom and generous lounge, kitchenette and its own side door. Large deck with open views to Mt Eden and fully fenced garden - safe for dogs. The laundry can be accessed from either floor without disturbing the other from the staircase.
