There is an internal garage with automatic garage door, the garage can fit in small cars less than 4.2m long. Large SUV can be parked off street, plenty of spaces on the street.

Three bedrooms including a master with ensuite on the top level and the middle level dedicated to spacious open plan living. The stunning kitchen has been designed to cater to the demands of daily life as well as handling entertaining on any scale, and landscaped gardens and a choice of balconies on the upper and middle level provide relaxed outdoor living zones and peaceful park views.
