The fourth bedroom is a sleep out. Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac and a few minutes walk to the beach or 5 minute drive to boat ramp and Tinopai wharf. Bring you kayak as the fishing is excellent 50m off the beach or explore the Kaipara harbour with you boat from the central location of Tinopai.
The space
The coffee expresso machine incorporates a grinder so bring your favour coffee beans. If required please refer to the information on how to use the machine. There is a good mobile signal from the property. Please don't book our property if you are a smoker or want to bring pets. Available for your use is a double and single fishing kayaks, paddles and adult life jackets. If you require fishing rods for fishing then there will be an extra one off charge. Bring your own bait. The fishing is great just off the beach or bring your boat and explore the entire historic Kaipara harbour. There is a boat wash down area on the property and two close by boat ramps, the closest can only be used at high tide. The main ramp is a 4 min drive.

Other things to note
Tinopai doesn't have a water reticulation system so we have a rain water tank so please be conservative with water. As our septic tank is a treatment system, please only use eco cleaning products which we provide. Also to keep our worm farm happy (treatment system) don't put citrus peelings etc down the sink incinerator. All other organic material is ok.
Somethings to note, last grocery and petrol stop is in Paparoa (30 mins from Tinopai) prior to reaching us however we suggest for better deals you shop at Wellsford, Kaiwaka or Maungaturoto (40 min) supermarkets. Dargaville is a 50 minute drive. A must visit is the excellent Kauri Museum at Matakohi (20min).
Plenty of rock oysters at low tide and also smallish sea cockles.
