Welcome to this prominent and welcoming property driving towards the stunning beach at Waipu Cove. This two-storey, white weatherboard home has wonderful indoor-outdoor flow and sea views from both levels.
Guests can help themsleves to the mature citrus trees and lovely garden with large sloping lawn that the kids will love to play on.
The property has 3 bedrooms on the ground floor - a double bedroom on the left as you walk into the hallway, a further bedroom (with California king bed) off the dining area and a third bedroom off the adjoining living room which has 2 kind single beds (trundler so can be tucked away if not in use).
On the ground floor you'll find the kitchen (with fridge-freezer), indoor dining (8 seater) and outside dining table which is easily accessible.
There is a bathroom with a toilet & shower downstairs as well as a semi-outdoor shower and washing machine via a separate back entrance on the side of the house (this is recommended to use coming from the beach!)
There is a further Queen size bed and L-shaped sofa upstairs with a tea-coffee station, as well as a second bathroom with a bath
(ideal for kids).
There is ample parking at the front and on the verge adjacent to the house.
Waipu township is less than 10 mins drive away for the Four square supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants. Waipu Cove is around 1 minute drive away by car, with 2 parking areas for easy access to the beach. It is also easy to walk, around 10 minutes by developed footpath to the first entrance to the beach, as well as walking trails through the sand dunes.
Cove Road restaurant is also 1 minute drive, together with the Waipu Cove dairy. There is a lot to do in the area - Waipu Caves, Uretiti and Ruakaka beach, Waipu Riverwalk and many weekend boutique markets.
