A playground and tennis court are less than a 5-minute walk along the road towards Kuaotunu Settlement, a busy little tourist spot during the summer months, which has a lovely indoor/outdoor cafe, a grocery store and is home to Kuaotunu Killer Icecreams. The reserve across the road from the settlement is a great spot for families to play and picnic.
