There is no hassle of having to find a park as the property is well catered for with a lock-up garage, also ideal for bike or ski gear storage, and off-street parking on the driveway. The garage also includes a dedicated kids’ play area, making this a great option for families travelling with children.
The home is spread over three levels and is laid out as follows:
Entry level: You enter into the main foyer, which opens into a large open-plan kitchen, dining, living and sunroom area. The laundry and a separate guest toilet are also located on this level.
Lower level (down one flight of stairs): One bedroom and access to the garage.
Upper level (up one flight of stairs): The master bedroom with ensuite is on the right, with the remaining three bedrooms and a shared family bathroom also located on this level.
