Summary: Beautiful garden setting that is a hidden gem away from hustle and bustle of Dunedin CBD. Well presented accomodation and the air conditioning was fantastic on a hot day. Very clean and had everything I needed. Shower pressure was great which is always a bonus. Highly recommended.
