REDUCED RATE TO ABSORB TAXES. Modern 3 b/r & 2 bathroom house with FREE WIFI (we are rural so can be patchy at times). Located slightly off the Coastal HWY 60 with great views of the tidal estuary which is a popular spot for watersports across at Kina Beach/Domain.
Kina beach is a short drive away as are other family-friendly activities like the ever popular Kaiteriteri Beach 25 mins away, salt water baths in Port Motueka 10 mins away, Tasman Taste Trail for bike rides or early morning runs just minutes away.
Tramping, restaurants, wine/beer tasting and other amenities are all easily accessed from our location.
There is a large fenced off deck and lawn area out the front of the property to relax on and watch the children (NOT SUITABLE FOR INFANTS UNDER 2 - only have boundary fencing so not guaranteed to keep the little explorers safe). Great intimate BBQ area on other side of house to enjoy your evenings.
Owners live in back unit out of sight and sharing the driveway and are available for any questions or ideas to help you enjoy your holiday. Plenty of parking.
We allow pets but owners must bring bedding, pick up dodos, not allow pets on any furniture.
