Surrounded by native bush and hill views and from the upstairs private lounge and deck area, you will enjoy an expansive view of the valley all the way to the sea!
This newly built home is a resort-style offering a luxurious swimming pool, large open-plan modern living and kitchen area. Enjoy basking in the sun on the outdoor furniture under the fully retractible louvres. **Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:

- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.
- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
