Summary: Lots of great comms with the owners.House is two seperate buildings right next to each other - nice bit of seperation from the kids who are in with the playroom/garage so noise kept away from kitchen and lounge.A wee bit hard to find the property in the dark first time around, fine after that when you know what to look for.Surrounded by wildlife - from cockerel crows in the morning to owls at night, its bird lovers delight.Good centre for everything, but as noted in the description, not walkable to town as you would have to go via the main road with no footpath, but its a short drive so not an issue.
