The main building in our farm stay sleeps 8 people. 2 adjoining cabins can sleep an additional 4 persons. All beds can be set up as doubles or up to 12 singles. There is also a sofa divan in the main living area. All groups, no matter how small, are given exclusive access, no groups renting the property will be expected to share with other renters.

Middle Rock is centrally located close to 3 ski fields (Mt Hutt, Porter Heights, Mt Olympus), 3 golf courses (Terrace Downs, Glentunnel and Methven) the walkways of the Lake Coleridge Basin, in close proximity to Opuke Methven hot pools and the Mt Hutt bike park, 5kms from dining experiences at Fable Terrace Downs Resort and easily accessible to winter skating at Staveley ice rink. At home the property is set in a farmyard setting where families can experience farm life. In addition, there are many kms of farm tracks available for walking and recreational cycling.
