Relax & unwind in our peaceful, stylish, fully renovated home in Milford on Auckland's North Shore. A popular and central location conveniently situated within walking distance to Milford Beach, Milford mall, and lots of great cafes & restaurants. Your stay will include complimentary cuddles from our extremely friendly and gentle 2 year old female cat.
This home boasts 3 sunny and spacious bedrooms; the master bedroom has a queen bed and large double wardrobe plus 2 sets of drawers, the second bedroom has a double bed and a single wardrobe, and the third bedroom has a single bed and a large wardrobe with 1 set of drawers.
The open plan lounge and kitchen area is sunny all day long with sliding doors opening up onto the large deck and outdoor grass area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you should require to cook and bake during your stay here. This kitchen sports stone bench tops, a massive pantry, a full size fridge, and lots of extra appliances such as; a blender, nespresso machine, electric hand mixer, sandwich press, crock pot, pie maker, and a kitchen whizz/food processor.
The lounge has an electric fireplace which heats the room up nicely, as well as a heat pump. The bedrooms have an HRV system which helps to circulate the heat from the lounge down to the rooms.
The bathroom has a large bathtub perfect for relaxing and unwinding in after a hard days work, and a sleek tiled shower.
A dual space laundry and office area is situated downstairs, providing a quiet and private area for you to work from home should you need to. There is a second toilet located downstairs also.
The driveway has space to park 1 car, there is also free parking available on the street directly outside the property.
You will have access to the entire home inside and out. The garage/rumpus room downstairs will be locked off for the owners private storage.

A very quiet, safe, and family friendly neighbourhood. This home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac street.
The property is located within walking distance of milford mall and beach, however having a private vehicle would be your best way to get around. Uber and taxi are available, and there are 2 bus stops both about a 7 -10 minute walk away.
IMPORTANT: Our 2 year old cat Elliot will be on the property during your stay. She is extremely friendly and very very gentle natured. She is mostly an outdoors cat, but does venture inside during the day to say hello. Her cat door only allows her access to the garage area which will be locked off from guest access (which is where her self-feeder is located and where she sometimes sleeps at night or during bad weather). The only time she will come inside is if you let her in or leave a door/window open. She is vocal so will meow to say hello, and she loves a good head and chin scratch.
