Full-length part covered deck ideal for alfresco dining and keeping an eye on youngsters in the pool. A large smart TV, double glazing with fly screens, 3 heat pumps for year-round comfort and a double garage for guests’ use.
Located centrally in Doubtless Bay, close to the Coopers Beach shops and medical centre. A few kilometres from the boat ramps at Taipa or Mill Bay and a short drive from Historic Mangonui Village with its pub, gift shops, convenience store, coastal walkway, and world-famous fish shop out over the harbour.
