The Space:
This light and contemporary space offers generous and trendy city fringe living. The open living and curated but gentle interior themes emanate a chic and very relaxing environment through the soft tones and muted design elements. It’s a fantastically thought out space to unwind in or entertain in.
The lounging area is basked in sunlight during the day, with its tranquil energy it’s the perfect space to enjoy doing nothing. It has a top of the line smart TV so you can enjoy all the best tv shows and movies, with access to all streaming apps (Netflix, neon, Youtube, spark sport, sky sport) and terrestrial TV channels, you will have endless options, perfect for a rainy afternoon or quiet night in.
The open and refined kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest appliances and modern kitchen essentials to help you impress your guests with their favourite meal, enjoy cooking, creating and entertaining in this lovely bright and open space.

The viaduct and it’s a fantastic array of restaurants is also within walking distance or if you’re into motorised transport jump on an e scooter! The Neighborhood:
The 155 Beaumont complex is a quiet residential building in Wynyard Quarter within walking distance to many amazing cafes and restaurants, but far enough way to be peaceful. See the immediate area by foot or scooter and zoom through Wynyard Quarter and Silo Park where you will find cafes and bars, the fish market, a basketball court and playground for the kids!
Commercial Bay and Britomart are just a 15-minute walk away, you can find shopping for all ages and tastes at these hot spots, you will stumble upon hundreds of food and dining options with great takeaway choices at Harbour Eats in Commercial Bay and fine dining experiences in Britomart. Enjoy some fantastic walks nearby with the lush Victoria Park down the road and beautiful Westhaven board walk around the corner.
This is an enviable location with more than everything that you will need during your stay.
Getting Around:
The location is fantastic for walking and exploring the nearby attractions, with beautiful walks along the waterfront, the viaduct basin, Wynyard quarter and west haven marina are all only a 5 minute walk leading you to spectacular views with restaurants along the way.
If you need to get further out of the city there are bus stops all around you with multiple destinations and the Britomart transport hub only a 15-minute walk with trains and buses going in every direction near and far.
There are also city link routes that will get you all around the city and to popular/in demand spots like the Skytower, the Auckland museum, hospital and domain, K road, and Mount Eden (Eden park stadium).
We recommend using Ubers in the city, they are well priced and efficient especially when catching within the CBD.

Breakages:
Please inform us of any breakages during your stay. We won’t charge for minor cutlery/glassware etc.
Keys & Lock-Out Policy
Any keys not returned to us on your check-out date will be charged in full, along with the cost of replacing the lock(s) to the property (if necessary). If you lose your keys, or lock them in the property during your stay, we will make every attempt to provide you with a replacement as soon as possible.
If outside of business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm), we will charge you with a minimum call-out fee of $100+ GST as well as any other costs incurred in enabling you to access the apartment again and replacing lost keys.
No parties or noise after 10pm:
Please respect your neighbors. Security call out fees will be charged from your security bond. No more than 4 people to stay at the apartment.
