Originally built in 1910s, Double Turquoise home has been fully renovated into a tasteful modern beauty. This house sleeps 10 people, perfect for bringing the whole family and friends to spend some quality time together.

Large sunny warm house with three bathrooms and four bedrooms, comfortably accommodates up to 10 people.

Fully fenced backyard, safe for small children.

Perfect location, about 5min to CBD, 10min to the beach, 1min petrol station, 2min supermarket.

Plenty dining and take away options just a short walk away.

Bus stop 1 min walk.

We are 5min drive from the best family playground in Christchurch. Margaret Mahy Playground at Manchester St - CBD

Two parking spaces in the property plus plenty on street parking.

Summary: This property was great for location, close to everything. The bedding configurations allow for large families. The communication between the property manager and myself was excellent. Although the property is near the road there is a fenced back yard which would make it suitable for young children. I booked this for family visiting from the North and it could not have been more suitable.
