The Space:
Welcome to your cozy lakeside retreat!

This charming abode boasts three bedrooms, accommodating up to seven guests. Fall into blissful slumber on a plush King-sized bed in the master bedroom, complete with a private courtyard offering a lake view.

The second bedroom features bunks and a single bed, while the third boasts a snug Queen bed. Stay toasty with heaters in every room during the winter chill.

Relax in the lounge, equipped with a Smart TV featuring Netflix for entertainment, and a heat pump for year-round comfort. Gaze at majestic mountain vistas, weather permitting, while enjoying unlimited high-speed WiFi.

The Neighborhood:
The property is located in a recently developed area, surrounded by family homes. It is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

The house is a short drive to Countdown supermarket and an assortment of stores being built there. It is also near to the new family entertainment centre, Dropzone which has bowling, mini gold, trampolines and VR games. Lacus Café and Mavericks bar are also extremely popular eateries right nearby.

You are also a quick drive from the many lake beaches in Wharewaka and Two Mile Bay or you can enjoy the many family friendly bike tracks though native plantings within the subdivision. There is a shared path that leads down to an underpass, just up the street, which gives safe and easy access to the lake front in minutes.

When booking, please advise how many beds you require, and we will prepare that quantity for you. A highchair and baby cot may be available (Please enquire before booking - bedding for the cot is not provided). Breakfast items are not supplied, but there is plenty of tea, coffee, and basic cooking necessities such as salt, pepper, and oil.

For the sake of our neighbours, noise must be kept indoors and to a minimum after 10pm. There are strict no parties, smoking or pets rules in all Be My Guest properties.

If you are booking this property on a platform other than Airbnb, an authorisation hold is required. This hold will be captured as a ‘preauthorisation of funds’ from your payment card, prior to arrival and will be auto released 2 days from check-out, so long as no damage or costs have been incurred. The 'hold' for this property is $250.

All Be My Guest linen comes from our professional linen supplier. It is thermally disinfected at temperatures high enough to eliminate germs and risks such as Covid-19.
