This is a relaxing modern family home only a short stroll from the beach. A modern 2 storey town house with bright and sunny spacious living. Upstairs has a lovely deck with unobstructed views and sea peeps. Relax here on the large couch or enjoy a meal out in the fresh sea air. Downstairs enjoy a cosy courtyard to relax in the afternoon sun and cook up a storm on the bbq. This area also has a large outdoor couch to relax on. There are 2 comfortable living spaces, one upstairs and one downstairs. The kitchen is upstairs sharing open plan living with the lounge dining and upstairs deck, enabling you to enjoy the company of friends while cooking. The main lounge has a 65" smart TV with Netflix for those movie buffs. We also provide unlimited WiFi. Upstairs boasts a large main bedroom with large walk in wardrobe and a fabulous ensuite with double shower and vanities. Down stairs is the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, one a queen and the other 2 king singles. The main bathroom has a shower and bath to use.

The section is very town house like with minimal room, very small strip of lawn as such. Safe for children to play outdoors as fully enclosed. Alternatively there is a wonderful park at the end of our street (Moa Park) and of course the beautiful beach only 2 min stroll away. The section is fully fenced and gated. We are situated on a lovely quiet street, which is quite rear in the Mount.

There is ample room in the driveway to park your boat plus another car. We have a internal double garage as well.

Travelling for AIMS Games?? We are perfectly located within 10 min walking distance from Blake Park, 10 min drive from Bay Wave Pools & Bay Park indoor venue, 20 min drive to Gordon Spratt Reserve & Tauranga Boys/Girls colleges, 30 min to Waimarino water events. Not sure where your event is from our house?? Feel free to ask and we will endeavour to help with any information we can. Our house is perfect for the travelling spectators/supporters and our street has always pleased our guests with how quiet it is yet central to all the sports venues. The beach is literally within a min walk. Better still New World and your morning coffee at Central Parade shops is just a 5 min walk away.

SHORT TERM TENANATS ..... We are open to tenanting the home fully furnished which will be vetted via our letting agency Ray White Mount Maunganui. Please enquire with us first if interested. 6-9 months available, possibly longer for the right tenants.
