Immaculate and modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom town house just a short walk to the gorgeous lake and playground at 5 Mile Bay. Open plan with great indoor/outdoor flow. This is the perfect spot for your summer holiday or winter escape!
Keeping warm in the cooler months will be easy with the fire-place and heat-pump. The air-conditioning will keep the house cool during the hot summer days.
The house sleeps up to 9 guests with the following bedding configuration - 1x Queen, 1x Queen, 1x Queen, 1x fold out sofa-bed and 2x fold up stretcher beds. Please note, the sofa-bed and stretcher beds are each only suitable for one small child. The mezzanine floor area where the sofa-bed is located does not have curtains, so this space is very light in the mornings.
The house has boardgames, cards, jigsaws and books (children & adult friendly).
There is a small semi-communal yet private back yard. There is a partial fence between this yard and the connecting property.
There are no hidden costs - your nightly rate includes bedding, towels and exit clean.
STRICTLY no parties or events. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9pm out of respect for the neighbours who are very close by.
