A modern nearly new spacious well appointed Bach. Gather together in a large open plan living area with ample outdoor living to enjoy. Relax and watch the sunset over the sleeping giant ranges or stargaze under the louvred pergola and spacious deck. Wake up to a Nespresso coffee and new kitchen with modern appliances. Plenty of off street parking and room to park a boat. After a swim freshen up in the dual hot outdoor shower.
A short 5 minute walk to the estuary along the lake, extend your scenic walk along the estuary around the peninsula, it's paradise. The large beach is also only a 15 minute walk. Walking up the Matarangi Bluff track over to Ring's beach is also a highlight, other trails are also on offer at the Bluff end.
Enjoy eating locally at the Dunes overlooking the golf course or at Pipers located at the local shops. With a short drive over to Kuaotunu you will find Luke's Kitchen, very popular with many.
Enjoy a game of tennis at one of the many courts, bowls, golf or many beautiful walks. Such a perfect spot to explore all the local beaches and everything the Coromandel has to offer.
