Welcome to our modern, self-contained 2-bedroom unit, perfect for family vacations, business trips, or short getaways.
You can park on the quiet, dead-end street with plenty of space or by my garage door. Your private entrance opens to a cozy living room with a stylish dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, including a stove, dishwasher, full-size fridge, mini oven, and even a rice cooker. Relax on the 2-seater couch or enjoy the large flat-screen TV with Netflix.
The private bathroom has a shower and a washing machine, with all essentials provided.
Both bedrooms feature spacious queen-sized beds. One bedroom has a TV with Chromecast/Netflix, while the other has an iMac and a couch. A comfortable sofa bed can accommodate extra guests, with full bedding and towels provided, plus extras if needed.
Enjoy your own backyard and large deck for a private retreat.
You also have access to a new heat pump dryer, shared in the main house garage. Just send a message if you'd like to use it.
We provide milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, two bottles of water, kitchen and bathroom essentials, laundry detergent, clean linens, and towels.
Please note that parties and events are not allowed, and quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, including our family next door.
