Positive: Great location, nice, clean and modern
Negative: Small double beds and bedrooms, quite cold if your the one sleeping on the bottom floor (no heating), & driveway is quite tight. One put off was having to pay a further $500 after payment had been made for a bond, as I didn't know this was required untill the week prior when I was notified I still owed money. It was in the fine print but would have been extremely helpful knowing before I booked it. (Maybe it can be disclosed somewhere or in bold letters.
