1 Queen bedroom with own bathroom.
2 other bedrooms; 1 with bunks and a single bed, the other with bunks. Shared shower room with new shower, washing machine and dryer. Separate toilet.
Open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area; 2 settees, log burner.
Heat pumps in the Queen bedroom and open plan area.
Sliding door leads to a new covered deck with steps leading to a good sized back garden area. BBQ.
Wifi.
The beach is close - less than 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes by car.
It is a "safe" sandy beach in that it has a very gentle slope. Plenty of walks.
Port Chalmers with eating places and shops is a 15 minute drive away, whilst the city of Dunedin is a 30 minute drive.

Summary: Lovely space, great to have the option of heat pumps and wood burner. Beds very comfy and well-configured, plus good appliances in the kitchen and laundry. A few odd things missing, like the glass for the cafetiere, the machine for the hand whisk, or any drinking glasses at all (just wine glasses or plastic tumblers), but we had a lovely time here, even with a power cut on the first night!
