The property is perfectly positioned to make the most of the lake being only one property back from the water’s edge. Stroll past the neighbouring vineyard and you are just steps from the lakefront with a beautiful green domain and sheltered beaches. Cycle and walking tracks extend toward the town centre in one direction and to Waterfall Creek and Glendhu Bay in the other. If you feel like a night out (very) close to home, Edgewater Resort is only a few minutes stroll along the lakeside track.
The outdoor sofas offer a sheltered area, perfect for an evening drink and the hot tub with mountain views is the perfect way to end an adventurous day in Wanaka. Downstairs features a games room with Pool Table, along with a twin room and a kids bunk room, while upstairs provides the other 2 bedrooms both with balconies and the master with en-suite. The open plan living area is bright and airy with lots of windows looking out to the view and the second living area is warm and inviting with large, comfortable sofas and an open fire.
