Next door to mountain biking in Sticky Forest, lake swimming down at the outlet or lakefront and only 40 mins to the Cardrona/Treble Cone ski lifts make this home an adventure seekers paradise. The Northlake tennis courts, pump track and cafes are an easy 2 min walk away.
Completed in June 2021 this house has all the modern comforts. Sun filled kitchen and lounge makes for relaxing living. A big 2m x 2m hot tub with refreshed water for your stay is perfect for soaking in the views or star gazing at night. The property borders a large grassy reserve, perfect for playing the selection of lawn games provided.
In winter load up the log burner to warm up after a day on the ski slopes. A heat pump in the dining area warms the whole house when the fire can’t be tended to. Each bedroom has a thermostat heater. The house comes equipped with a Traeger pellet smoker bbq, fully stocked drinks fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, Vogels Muesli/milk and brand new 55” smart LG tv. 4 double bedrooms, one of which is a garage conversion. 2 off street car parks and always plenty of space for more vehicles in the quiet street. Plenty of storage space for skis and bikes.
