Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.
Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.
Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.please enquire if you would like check out at later stage. please note there may be charges applied.

The guest house is at the back of where we live, but it is completely private and without interference. Kids might be playing in the backyard during off-school time or watering the garden, but there is no interference with your privacy. We will avoid the above activities during guests' stays.

We have two chickens in the back of the house that occasionally make noise, but they are usually very quiet. There is no rooster. The backyard/garden area is where the entrance is, but guest privacy is not compromised.
You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect.
- Strictly no smoking or parties . Please respect our home by leaving it tidy. Families preferred. A few quiet drinks are fine, but if you are wanting a house to party in, then sorry but this is not the house for you.
We would like our guests to tidy up after themselves. If you are staying for two weeks or longer, we will come in at a mutually convenient day/time to change the linen etc each week.
In the spirit of full disclosure, we would like our guests to know that we have a security cameras located on the exterior of the property which overlooks part of the font yard and driveway. This is purely for house security reasons only. There is absolutely no surveillance of any kind inside the house to impinge on guest's privacy.
