New built architecturally designed home in central Martinborough less than 5 minutes walk to the beautiful town centre. This four bedroom holiday home is on the quiet side of Martinborough near the 'Golden Mile" of Vineyards. Complete with Private Pool, Spa, full Kitchen, designer bathrooms, air conditioning, BBQ.

Open plan Kitchen, dining and living with exposed trusses and polished concrete floors. This space has been created for relaxation and to unwind busy lives. Sliding doors on both sides of the living area - the feeling is of light and space. Float from the lounge to your own private pool or wash away the day in the Spa. Bedrooms have wardrobes and are fully carpeted, bathrooms fully tiled.
