Our owners have loved this home since moving to Wanaka and have just finished a huge renovation to this character home.

The Space:
Excellent living area with indoor-outdoor flow to an exterior offering a great space to relax or enjoy a BBQ with family. The open plan living area is light and spacious a brand new fully equipped kitchen and pantry.

Two bedrooms on the main– one with a queen and a single trundler and the other features a king single. Full bathroom and laundry. The main floor is has been designed to be easily accessible for people limited mobility.

The second floor features a gorgeous master bedroom with a king bed and views looking out across the reserve. The loft a and king single room were designed for kids to relax with Netflix and Playstation. There is a full bathroom on this level.

The house has been completely re-insulated and double glazed with 3 heat pumps, a fire and underfloor heating in the bathrooms installed. A very warm house for winter!

Guests have access to the garage for drying ski gear and storing sports equipment.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
Bathroom 1: Ground floor wheelchair accessible shower (no handrails) and separate bathroom.
Bathroom 2: Upper Floor shower no bath.
Bedroom 1: King Bed upper level
Bedroom 2: 1 King Single upper level.
Common area/Game room: 1 Single upper level
Bedroom 3: 1 Queen and 1 Single (Ground floor and close to accessible bathroom)
Bedroom 4: 1 King Single

This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tabs along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, 2 compostable bin liners and laundry powder. We are plastic bag free and use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. Bring your own beach towels.

Interaction with Guests:
Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival. This is self catering holiday home accommodation. We provide sheets and towels but you will need to bring you own personal supplies.
