This beautiful architectural 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is nestled within Northlake Village and only a 5 minute drive to Wanaka Township and Lake Wanaka. Very close proximity to the Outlet Walking Track, Clutha River, Northlake Asphalt Pump Track, Northlake Tennis Courts, Plaza area, outdoor gym, Northlake BBQ area and Hello Ranger Café & Eatery with an outdoor playground attached.

The Space
This brand new north facing holiday home offers indoor outdoor flow with views out to the mountains, there are three empty north facing sections therefore, ample mountain views. The backyard is fully fenced with a great-sized lawn. The home offers a master bedroom with an ensuite and ample wardrobe space. A further 2 bedrooms (include wardrobes), and a spacious bathroom are located down the hall along with a separate toilet and separate laundry room with a Fisher and Paykel washing machine and dryer. In the lounge/kitchen/dining area there is a large fully equipped kitchen, dining area and 2 lounge areas both with televisions. Plenty of serving bowls and serving platters.
This is self catering accommodation however, for your convenience we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing powder, 2 x tea towels, 2 bin liners and laundry powder. 1 x towel, 1 x facecloth per guest and beds are made up. There are two off street car parks available. No access to garage. Unlimited WIFI

Summary: The place was very nice. Just my husband and I, but plenty of room for a family. We were a short drive to the lake, restaurants, wineries, lavendar fields. Well furnished, comfortable beds. We appreciate having laundry (we were here 2 days out of an 18 day trip). The host was very responsive, even brought over coffee and a French press for us.
