Summary: Check-in was easy enough, even though I had checked in on-line but when I got to hotel, their system was facing issues so I ended up checking in in person. Also there were issues with the system because the keys didn’t work after the first time so I had to get them to fix it twice. The room was good, quiet, bed comfortable. Generally the hotel was good but looking a bit tired in parts. The location was perfect for walking to the lake and shops and restaurants. On-site parking was expensive so we had to find somewhere a bit further from the hotel. All in all it was a very good place to stay in lovely Queenstown.
