The Space:
This beachfront modern home features a sizable master bedroom overlooking a private outdoor deck and garden. There is a bathroom also on the ground floor level. Upstairs offers two more bedrooms and another bathroom.
The large open plan living features a modern sleek kitchen with centre island, dining area and comfortable coastal décor lounge. The perfect space to relax in the summer and winter months as there is also a gas fireplace. The large stacker doors flow out onto the large deck, outdoor entertaining area and lawn overlooking the beautiful beach.
A private sheltered deck at the back of the property offers another entertaining area overlooking the large green lawn where you can enjoy a kick around and plenty of carparking.
Please note that the neighbours on the east backside of the house are currently renovating with completion in September 2025.
Workman are there from 7.30 until 4.30 Monday to Friday you may hear some building tools during these time frames.

There is a glass balastrade around the deck that is not shown in the photos.
