The complex’s standard Body Corporate & House Rules apply to all residents in the building and will be provided upon arrival for your reference.

As part of the check-in procedure, you will need to provide contact & other details and agree to abide by the Body Corporate rules for the purposes of Health and Safety, building operations and the quiet enjoyment of all.

Swimming Pool - Please note that the main swimming pool is closed between Easter (end of school holidays) and Labour weekend. The Spa pool will still be available all through Winter. These facilities are open between 7am and 9pm daily (use is not permitted outside of these times).

Car parking - One carpark is provided within the secure garaging of the complex.

Elevator access - Easy elevator access if provided.

Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm or from noon where the option of early check-in has been purchased. Please try to arrive during business hours where possible (our team are available 7 days a week as late as 8pm). Late arrivals after 8pm are available by agreement only. An additional charge of NZD50.00 will apply.

**Cancellation, Travel restrictions, Compassionate Circumstances**:

- Please disregard the "Bookings at this property are non-refundable" information presented on this listing site.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks before arrival for any reason and you'll pay no more than 20% of the booking total + VRBO/affiliate site fees.

- We will provide free postponement of your booking in the event of government travel restrictions, serious illness or other eligible compassionate circumstances.
