Summary: Joe was excellent to deal with, friendly, helpful and quick to respond. He was really flexible when we needed to change dates to accommodate overseas family and a wedding. The house is spacious and in a great location. 2mins to the beach. All three bedrooms are a good size. The kitchen has an induction hob and two ovens which makes cooking easy and the backyard is large, with the added bonus of an outdoor shower which makes it easier when you get back from the beach. Having a laundry was fantastic. The one concern we had was the cleanliness of the toilet and bathroom when we arrived - they hadn't been cleaned. Joe was quick to respond and apologetic about this. Overall we would recommend this property to families and couples.
