Only a couple of leisurely minutes walk to Lake Okareka Jetty, and a few more minutes to the boat ramp and Boyes beach. The house is well equipped, there is an inside mountain bike storage area, a large garden with swings for the kids, fruit trees and plenty of off street parking. Summary: No TV. Yes the listing said games. Never had a hotel, B&B, VRBO that didn’t have a TV. Put that in listing. No chairs for dining. Only metal stools. Shower way too cold: 30-31, not 37-41.
