Recently refurbished complete with a new kitchen, bathroom and wraparound deck, the house is light and airy catching all day sun in the casual, open plan living and dining areas. It is well appointed with all modern appliances Including sky, 42" TV, DVD home theatre system, wifi, dishwasher, BBQ and bikes. Outside there is plenty of room to park your car and boat.

Omaha is perfect for bike-riding, walking, tennis, golf, fishing and of course, the beach which is just a 6 minute walk away. Along with the excellent white sand surf beach (patrolled in summer) there’s the sheltered estuary and all weather and all tide boatramp for all those water sports - fishing, boating, kayaking, or windsurfing.

And close by are the superb environs of the Matakana shops, markets and cinemas, local wineries, Leigh, Goat Island, Tawharanui Regional Park, and much more.
