Positive: The room was very clean and the self check-in was straightforward. There was a lovely restaurant next to the park with a wide variety of food options, and even a souvenir shop inside. The staff were cheerful, friendly, and helpful. At one point, I had left my bag somewhere and needed to make and receive a call, but didn't have a New Zealand number, the lady offered to help immediately. When I told her my bag had been found, she was genuinely delighted for me.

Negative: The insolation in the shower was not very good, so it was a bit cold, but acceptable.
