Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The property had a great location and amazing views, very clean and state of the art facilities and very well equipped. The management responded to our queries very quickly even though it was out of office hours. IF we come to kaikoura we are definitely staying there again.
Negative: The house took a while to heat up. So if the management could have turned on the heater it would have been perfect. But that’s not the reason to not stay here.
Summary: Loved it. Will definitely stay again.
