The Space:
This is classic Waiheke beach living, open, spacious, and made for long days in the sun. Paradise on Palm sits directly above beautiful Palm Beach, giving you flat, easy access to the sand in less than a minute. The home is designed for flexible group stays, with generous indoor and outdoor areas so everyone can spread out, relax, and enjoy their own space.
The main house includes three comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a bright open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, and large sliding doors that open to the deck and lawn. The layout is easy and family-friendly, with plenty of lounge seating, a large dining table for shared meals, and views across the garden toward the beach.
A separate sleeping pod sits just a few steps from the house, offering two sets of king single bunks, perfect for older kids or teens who enjoy having their own retreat.
Outside, the property has multiple living and dining spaces, well-established gardens, a flat lawn for play, and a covered outdoor dining area for long meals under the trees. The beach, playground, and the iconic Palm Beach Store + Acadia Restaurant are all directly across the road, the location couldn’t be easier.

The beach reserve includes a fantastic playground, public BBQs, shade trees, and calm water for swimming.
Within a short drive you’ll reach award-winning vineyards including Casita Miro, Mudbrick, Tantalus, Stonyridge, and Cable Bay, plus the island-famous Heke Brewery, a local landmark loved for craft beer, relaxed dining, and a great outdoor atmosphere. Oneroa Village, the supermarket, boutique shops, and coastal tracks are also just minutes away.
The Heke Brewery & Distillery, one of the island’s most popular food + beer destinations, is also a quick drive away and a great option for families.
The area is peaceful, walkable, and ideal for groups wanting easy beach access with everything close by.
Getting Around:
There is easy parking at the property, and the local bus stop is just a short walk from the house on Palm Road. Bus services run frequently between Palm Beach, Oneroa Village, Matiatia Ferry Terminal, Surfdale, Ostend, and Onetangi, making it simple to explore the island without a car. Many of the island’s top vineyards, including Stonyridge, Tantalus, and The Heke, are on the main bus route or within a short connection.
Taxis and ride services are available island-wide, though they can be limited and are more expensive than on the mainland.
Other Things to Note:
The home is on rainwater tanks, as is common on Waiheke. Please help us care for our environment by using water mindfully, short showers, checking taps are fully turned off, and avoiding unnecessary laundry all make a difference. Waiheke’s sustainability relies on careful water use, especially in summer.
