It has a sunny north facing position, a large deck with fabulous views & is furnished in a stylish & welcoming way.
Every attention to detail is taken care of - it is just waiting for you & your family and friends to arrive! The main living level is upstairs, with a large open-plan kitchen, living and dining area. This opens on 2 sides onto the north facing deck which has spectacular views across to the bay on both sides. There is a covered outdoor dining area, the perfect spot to sit & enjoy a bottle of chilled wine after a busy day exploring the island. The kitchen is well equipped for catering, and the living room is super comfortable!
Down the hallway are an entrance hall with couch, 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom & a separate toilet.
Downstairs (with external access) is a large bedroom. This does not have a bathroom, but has a fridge & tea & coffee making facilities.
The property is set in a nicely planted garden, with a verandah & views across both sides of the island. All beds are top of the range & super comfortable.
The house is located a few minutes drive from Onetangi Beach, with multiple fabulous wineries & award winning restaurants nearby. It is five minutes drive to the supermarket, shops and the weekend market at Ostend. Oneroa and the ferry are a further few minutes from there.
