Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Entry is effortless, the property has a lockbox. The house itself could not be more lovely. You can hear the ocean from the porch and birds sounds constantly. Sunrise from the front porch & kitchen area is stunning. The driveway is steep but it is 100% manageable in any vehicle. Location is ideal for staying put and getting out - hiking, beach time, Cathedral Cove, Hot Water Beach (remember go at low tide) and much MUCH more. Minutes from the house is a downtown area with groceries, restaurants, and takeaway. Within the house is a wide variety of books, games, and even musical instruments. Of my 8 days in NZ, this was my favorite rental and area. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Negative: The house was dusty - This did not bother my college age children, but it was a bit of an issue for me. Couldn't connect the TV to streaming services BUT, I did not ask to fix it and found local programming fun to watch. I'm confident our host would have fixed any issue had I made the time to ask.
