The house is beautifully laid out. On the upper level is the kitchen, lounge and dining fully open plan and open out onto a lofty deck with outside dining. There are two bedroom on this level - on the lower level is a further lounge area with kitchenette and a large queen bed with ensuite.
Enjoy the multiple deck areas overlooking the sea and the lush garden, gas BBQ and comfortable outdoor seating.
Just a minute walk down the driveway and you're on the beach. Palm Beach is a beautiful safe swimming sandy beach, great for snorkeling, diving and fishing off the rocks. The Palm Beach store, wine shop and Arcadia restaurant are all just a minutes walks away.
