Set in sub tropical gardens, this free-standing villa has a sheltered deck and north-facing sea views to Palm Beach and the surrounding islands, and it's only a 7 minute tree lined stroll to the pristine white sands of Palm Beach.
We have a double kayak (exclusively for your use during your stay), stored at your villa with trolley to take to the beach.

Relax and enjoy a wine on the deck furniture and take in the views while you prepare a meal on the bbq or in the kitchenette, then retire to your private villa.

This villa is privately owned but located within the security and manicured grounds of the Waiheke Island Resort at 4 Bay Road in Palm Beach. Although within the grounds, being privately owned and not run as part of the resort managed facility you are not officially entitled to use the swimming pool, spa pool or mini golf, but AS LONG AS YOU CHECK WITH RECEPTION FIRST AND THERE ARE NO PRIVATE FUNCTIONS BEING HELD, YOU CAN BUY A "POOL PASS" FOR $10 PER ADULT PER DAY, KIDS ARE FREE,ENTITLING YOU TO USE THE POOL DECK, WITH SWIMMING POOL AND SPA POOL, AND YOU CAN OF COURSE BUY FOOD AND BEVERAGE TO ENJOY FROM THE BAR AND RESTAURANT, OPEN FROM EARLY MOST DAYS :) THERE IS ALSO MINI GOLF, AGAIN AS LONG AS IT IS NOT BOOKED WITH A PRIVATE FUNCTION, YOU CAN ENQUIRE TO PLAY FOR $10 PER ADULT, KIDS PLAY FOR FREE

Summer or Winter, Palm Beach is centrally located so all of Waiheke's attractions are close by and there is a bus stop right at the bottom of the driveway which services the ferry timetable. If you have a car, there is unallocated off-street parking.

Rates are flexible for longer stays or last minute gaps. Surcharge may apply on a single night stay

We also have a Waiheke Runabout Car (old but perfect for Waiheke's windy narrow roads). It lives at the property, is automatic, easy to drive and runs on the smell of an oily rag :) You can rent this with your stay from just $50 per day, subject to availability, please ask :)
