Modern beachfront property, right on the waterfront Two large covered decks out front and back make for great outdoor living space. Two outdoor dining tables, outdoor rattan furniture, day bed, and sun loungers. The master bedroom looks out onto the water, so you're waking up to a view of the ocean. The second bedroom contains a queen-sized bed A beautiful kitchen has all the latest technology and appliances. The main house contains 3x heatpumps/aircon units one in each bedroom plus living/kitchen. Relax in the lounge with Fujitsu heat pump/air con and choose from looking at the fantastic sea view or watch Netflix on the 65" Samsung Smart LED TV with Sky TV. Outside you will find two sleepouts, one containing a king-sized bed and the other a queen along with drawers, etc. Excellent spa pool looking out to Tutukaka and the Poor Knights (extra costs DO apply) This place is truly remarkable, hence why we call it Pataua Fiji :) It is very well equipped and is 5 steps from the beach precisely as you can see in photos—half an hour's drive from Whangarei. Two surf beaches, ten minutes walk away. Special conditions: Rates are for two people only. Please enquire regarding spa pool availability; this is available for an extra daily charge. Pets may be ok - please enquire.
