This 2 storey property newly built boosts a great open plan living area on the ground floor - with kitchen and breakfast bar opening up into the dining area and lounge/entertainment area, with separate toilet located on the ground floor. Lounge also has sofa which converts into bed - linen additional cost. The Sunny northwest courtyard is located off the living area. Also located on the ground floor is the internal access double garage complete with EV charger for your car and separate laundry with Washing Machine/Dryer combination free to use during your stay. Upstairs on the first floor we have x2 bedrooms which contain spacious queen beds, ensuite bathroom and main bathroom which has a bath tub. 1 bedroom contains 2x King single beds and office which can accommodate an additional fold out bed if needed - linen additional cost. Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's a 5-star hotel clean. With heating and cooling available on both the ground floor and first floor, you can rest easy with a comfortable temperature wherever you are in the house. The real beauty of our home lies in its proximity to the 5-hectare park that our property overlooks. It's the perfect place for kids to run around and explore, and for adults to relax and unwind. Take a stroll through the park's walking trails, pack a picnic, or simply bask in the sun while taking in the stunning scenery. As soon as you enter our apartment, you'll notice the modern decor and attention to detail that we've put into every aspect of the space. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and Oven.
