Positive: We’ve traveled a lot, Gillian and I, extensively to Europe and Asia and Africa. But that said this is probably one of the most beautiful places in the world. The cottage is both cosy and quirky and full of character and charm. It has everything you need from a cork screw to a washing machine and everything in between. Jo the host is excellent, not interfering but available if you need anything. It’s a place to curl up and read, laugh and joke over a glass of wine or go for a long walk. It’s quite remote yet good shops are only 20 minutes away. We loved all the friendly farm animals,even the cows were up for a chat. And the icing on the cake was the fresh farm eggs and cut flowers. Give me this place over a 5 star hotel any day. Jo you did a great job.
