As you approach the property via the private driveway lined with fruit trees, you get a sense of something very special and you will not be disappointed.
You are lead up to this majestic property which offers multiple living spaces and features a range of activities for all the family. With indoor and outdoor entertaining areas, a huge swimming pool - with a small putting green! A Hot tub, basketball hoop, a ping pong table in the garage area there is plenty to keep you entertained.
The main living area of the home features a spacious lounge with fireplace and doors that open onto the main living deck and overlooks the spa and swimming pool. Across the hallway is an open plan dining area and kitchen area with a views over the garden and pool. The property features four bedrooms ( SLEEPING up to 9 guests ) and two (and a half) bathrooms.

Minimum stay:
7 nights from mid-December to mid-January
4 nights rest of January and over Easter
3 nights over all holiday weekends
2 nights at all other times



There is a Tiny House in the grounds that can accommodate a further 2 guests ( there is a double bed / own bathroom and kitchenette with a small lounge area - this is available to add onto the rental at $ 150 per night ( plus a clean and linen fee of $70 ) if you wish to use this - please let us know
