Welcome to our elegant, heritage-styled 3-bedroom retreat overlooking the beautifully tree-lined Waltham Park. Our home features the beautiful styling of classic character homes, all with the added comfort of double-glazing, two heat pumps, and all day sun streaming in through the large sash windows.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the middle-floor terrace as you watch the sun rise, before setting off to explore the CBD, Hagley Park, nearby Heathcote River walk or the amazing Port Hills trails.

With two comfortably furnished living areas, one with a terrace overlooking the park, you'll feel right at home and ready to unwind after a day exploring Christchurch. The large windows right throughout the home, paired with the all day sun, provide an abundance of natural light. Paired with double glazing, wool insulation and heat pumps, you're guaranteed to have a warm and comfortable stay.
The downstairs lounge features a Smart TV with Amazon Prime for your evening relaxation.

Our beautifully styled bedrooms provide you with three cozy retreats for a restful night's sleep. All rooms have comfortable beds and ample storage space to unpack and make yourself at home.
The upstairs spacious master bedroom overlooks the park while the morning sun streams in, while the additional upstairs room (featuring two single beds) captures the evening sun as it sets over the city. Your middle floor bedroom has access to it's very own ensuite, and easy access to the second lounge and park-view terrace. Portacot also available on-site.
Kitchen:
The fully-equipped kitchen provides everything you everything you'll need, whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast before you start your day, prepping your morning coffee, or hosting a sit-down family dinner as the evening sun streams into the dining area. Highchair also available on-site.
