Fully equipped modern warm cosy apartment with all the bells and whistles for you to enjoy.
This modern fully insulated apartment on the first floor has fantastic views of Hagley Park especially in spring with all the daffodils and blossom trees.
The open plan kitchen fully equipped allows you to cook a evening meal or sit and relax with a glass of vino ,early coffee on the balcony ,or a good book.
The tiled bathroom has a abundance of high pressure hot water and a good size shower.
The Queen size bed allows you to have a comfortable nights sleep in our hotel standard linen.
Guests have full access of the apartment
We have a self check in system so it is not necessary for guests to meet me,however I live only 15 minutes away so if you have a problem I am more than happy to assist.

This apartment is in a prime location being just across the road from the netball centre and 5 minutes walk to the Public Hospital.

Public Transport: Our public bus interchange (or station) is on the corner of Lichfield and Colombo street. If you are paying by cash one fare within zone 1 (zone 2 is out in the country) will cost you $2.40 for a child and $4.20 for an adult. You will have one free transfer that is valid for two hours after the purchase of your ticket, this gives you one free ride upon presenting the bus driver your ticket.
DRIVING :Christchurch has very little traffic so it is easy to get around ,just beware of the one way streets .Sometimes it can be hard to find a park in town during business hours so it is best to walk,just a nice stroll and know need to worry about parking metres.
There is no parking on the premises so guests need to rely on public parking.
Please do all dishes before departing.
Empty rubbish into communal bins at back of building
Strictly no guests after 10 pm .Any noise instant eviction from property.Be respectful of other residents within the complex and keep noise to acceptable level.
No candles or naked flames in the house.
Do not steal any amenities or property this includes shampoo conditioner etc.
Please leave the Airbnb tidy we do have cleaners but we do want to give you a 5 star review.
